B. splendens size
How big do B.splendens get? I have a group that are now 2" in length. I have always been under the impression from literature and elsewhere that they reach approx 3" (80mm) in length. I am being told by some they can reach 5" in length.

The reasons why I don't think they are elegans are that the coloring on the dorsal fin is not like any elegans which I have seen. All elegans I have seen have a mottled black "spotting" on the dorsal fin-mine have just a slight bit of black on the front edge of the fin only. As well, mine do not ...

There are some cories being sold around here labelled "Sangam cories". They look very similar to virginiae with some quite minor differences.
