It looks like flukes (flat worms). We had a group of Corydoras spilurus with flukes and I treated them with Kusuri Wormer Plus, the parasites disappeared.

Unfortunately I do not know where they come from. We are the second owner of the fish, the first owner found them in a shop in Oslo, labeled with the name Loricada ;) Maybe it's not so easy to give them a proper ID when the origin is missing?

These catfish were caught with a net on the shore of Lago Verde near Alter do Chao, Rio Tapajós. Could it be Pseudoloricaria laeviuscula?
