Hey guys I have a breeding group of sterbai cories which breed on a regular basis but they only lay at most 50 or so eggs. I would have a large sandy area in the front of the tank and keep a breeding colony of corydoras such as sterbai and do a nice school of tetras or barbs as you suggested. Good luck.

This is a very cool tank and the fish you have are so interesting. Have you tried to add almond leaves? I have heard that the use of these with fry such as yours helps them move on to other foods because the leaves produce inforusia.

Need help identifying my catfish
Hello I this catfish that I have not been able to identify for the longest time and I was wondering whether anyone knew what it was. I always thought it was a species of Mytus but know I don't know as I looked through and didn't see anything like it. Here is a picture:

The reason for the seperater is that people I ask say that you should condition them seperatly. Also are sterbai fun to breed and are they hard. Also I have a aquaclear 30 on the tank with a sponge on the intake is it okay to use it during the spawning.
