hello Max , in my opinion , but I may be wrong , the male I see more timid in search of food when lights are on , the female is much more courageous and always turns in search of food.animals have four years , not all have grown at the same so , it goes from 15 cm up to 20 cm .

thanks for the nice pics and the Video. As I keep 5 of them myself (now between 14-16cm) that show a very different behaviour then yours (mine are shy) I'm very interested what the reason could be. First of all mine were caught in the wild (Rio Tapajos) - I got them with about 5-6cm ...

Stunning fish! Look awesome. Though they look more yellowish in your first pics and darker in the new ones. How comes? Did they grow out of their colors or ist it the lighting?
You got any pics of the whole Tank?

x mario:maybe you do not have both sexes, perhaps you do not fit the holes, but they are animals that can hybridize if reared together

Hello everyone, I agree because it happens the same thing happens in my tank, where the sun comes up in the afternoon fish L 200 and L 75 they like it a lot and come out of their shelters
