Loas, loads and loads of loads.

Does anybody keep these?

I've got 8 discus, 2 "big" clown loach and an albino gibbiceps in with mine. All residents are very happy. It occasionally gives the gibbi a nip but just to let him know who's daddy.

My juruense is about that size, it's much darker though, pretty much black the whole length including the tail. it only has very slight variation in shade where the stripes are.

Come on keep going. I need more.

In this pic its belly looks a bit hollow, are you feeding it anything in particular to help get over this? it may have been neglected a bit by its previous owner before they finally took it to the store.

Sturisoma sp. would be good. very delicate in their actions.

I have these in my shop. 4 of them had 2 odd fish that silurus suggested may be Rhamdia sp. also arrive with them.

I ordered them as L038, I'm just a bit gutted that they are all male and i have to re-order to try and get females. I thought ordering 5 would give me good odds of getting at least 1 female, now it will be 2.5 weeks till I can get some more.

P. niger gets way too big for anything but the most extreme home aquarium. You're looking at 1000 gallons to adequately house an adult.

If it comes with the self piercing tool to clamp it to your mains than yes. If I remember right from when I read my instructions you have to discard the first 15 mins of water if it hasn't been running for a period of time (to flush it through).
