Just curious....
Has anyone ever tried intentionaly growing their own algae at a speedy rate in order to feed their plecos regularly with it, if so, how did you go about doing it?

Thanks for the welcome. I should let you know what I have, I got a small common pleco, not too sure about the actual genus yet, just know that it's as common looking, Pleco speaking as you can get. I got him in my 20 now and will be getting a LARGE tank soon to transfer him to.

Magnificant fish !
I actually got to see a Blue Catfish similar in size (100lbs) live in an aquarium if you can believe that. While visiting San Diego, I got the chance to go to the Fish Show (where companies go and promote etc.), anyways 2-3 weeks prior to the show someone had caught this MONSTER Blue Cat in Lake San ...
