Re: Help from L134 Breeders?

Great.

As I just got them & got them in a heavily caved 55, I'll give it a few weeks & check a little close. Thanks much!

Help from L134 Breeders?

Hey all - at what length or at what age do L134 males generally begin showing odontodes? I'm hoping I have a male in my group!

Adopted Pleco - What is he?

Hi all:

I adopted this pleco today and would like to know its common name - no need for an L number or anything like that. Just curious.

By looking at him I can tell he's a very common variety. Still - he's got personality.

Thanks!

Lotsabettas:

Love your pic...I'm (sadly) an adult Simpsons fanatic myself.

So how about this question....

Everyone says to "fatten them up" -- how frequently does everyone feed their Corys to condition them?

Thanks Mark!

I feed them almost exclusively frozen bloodworm which they love.

Where might I find blackworm? LFS? Online? I've never seen them anywhere before.

Paleatus Breeding Questions

Hey all. I've poked around this site quite a bit, but never posted before.

I have five breeding age peppereds - 3 nice fat females and two males - one still what you'd probably call juvenile. They've only all been together for probably four or five weeks.

I've read all about spawning behavior and ...

Veggies

I found a small rock and tied some Stren fishing line to it long enough to reach the bottom of the tank and have the end hang out the top cover.

Then I make a hole in the zucchini right under the ring of skin where it's tough. I pass the stren through it once, making a loop - and lower the rock in ...
