If one were examining the L number family in general would I be broadly correct in saying that they will generally accept water conditions with a ph between 6.5 and 7.5 and can be looked upon as relatively peaceful although with a tendency to be territorial at times.

I am not questioning the accuracy of PC - I am just interested to know whether the descriptions for each L number in the Aqualog books are correct but accompany the wrong photographs.

The descriptions for L numbers differ in many cases compared to PC. Are their descriptions wrong or are they using the wrong photographs but the actual descriptions are correct. This site contains listings for the above. If you compare it to Aqualog there are several numbers missing. Is this because Aqualog are incorrect or have some numbers been reclassified and consequently they no longer exist.
