Its been awhile since I posted here but I am need of your help again, My West African Biotope is finally underway!

The tank is going to be 90-150G, set up to be sort of a Slow river/swamp with lots of bogwood, rocks, and plants

I'm basing it around Polypterus delhezi and Polypterus palmas ...

Alright, whats the lowdown on these guys?

How big do they get?

Mainly piscivores, right?

Agressive?

Requirements?

Better in groups or solo?

Anything else notable about them?

Whats with the Upturned mouth/nose?

Well, Right now I have 2 of the African Leaf Fish, 2 of the S. Ocellifer and one S. Decorus( I just got him/her, It was covered in ich at Petsmart and couldnt bear to let such a beautiful fish perish! Hes only an inch or two right now though.)
Are the Ocellifer a problem or no?

So should I try to ...

My plan is to set up a new 75-90G Tank with the following:

2-3x Synodontis Ocellifer
4-6x Synodontis Decorus (How many are needed to see their proper behavior?)
3-8x *Rope Fish/Reed Fish* Erpetoichthys Calabaricus
2-5x *African Leaf Fish* Polycentropsis Abbreviata

Too many fish?

I just picked up a couple Sourbim Lima the other day and after some black worms they seem to be accepting anything I give them(Beefheart, bloodworms, Krill, etc..) ... except pellets....

I dont have enough time or money to feed them only frozen/Live so I need them on pellets soon!

They are still ...

While doing some yard work this weekend I found a few grubs, I'm wondering as long as there are no pesticides/Fertilizers present in the soil..
Are they an ok food for my Cats?
It would just be a treat not a staple or even a regular thing.

While large they arent really that Predatory, feeding on mostly insects(Aquatic and Terrestrial).
I have kept them with fish small enough for them to eat and they dont even try, And the only agression I have ever observed is towards eachother.
I doubt they would want the corys even if they were ...

I need Corys that share habitat with Chocolate cichlids(Hypselecara Temporalis),

But If none exsist within their exact biotope then one thats close and prefers warmer temps will be fine.

I stopped at the LFS and in one of the tanks they had something listed as a Wuerdheri Pleco.
It looked to be some Chaetostoma sp. its head wasnt all that wide though, It was a medium grey color with tons of small pin prick sized white spots covering its head and became less freuqent further down the ...

I was wondering what eats cories in nature?
