Could it be Parotocinclus haroldoi?

It looks like it lacks an adipose fin, so it cannot be Parotocinclus.

i thought that with recent research that the adipose fin is not a defining feature when comparing parotocinclus and otocinclus

the fish mentioned is in the cat-e-log under otocinclus sp4

Didn't even notice the missing adipose fin

Thanks a lot for Your help. Hard with those undescriped species, that are not even finally placed in a genus.
