C. habrosus are a very active Cory and will be constantly on the lookout for food. I would feed small amounts twice during the day.

Adding to Ian's post above, i have found them to be unfussy when it comes to food, so most things should be fine but a good variety, including dry flake, tablets & frozen live foods (dapnia is good) is important & as Ian suggests - little & often is a better approach

I feed my Habrosus Twice A day. They get flake food in the morning & decapulated brine shrimp eggs at night.. They spawn every 2 weeks. If this is any help.
PS I change 50% of the water once a week
