I just bought 2 new 15 gallon tanks for my cories.
I just added the really fine powder sand.
the sand is so fine water turned cloudy, when will be the best time to transfer my cories.
i'm going to add some old aquaclay into the sand. also will be moving some sponge filter into the 15 gallons.

Corys need a fully matured tank to thrive and be happy.
I'm not sure I would be putting them in straight away unless you are using mature media and 50% matured tank water.

yup i'll be moving sponge filter from their original tank. will also transfer some aquaclay substrate which is the substrate in their 75 gallon tank.
will also use some water from their 75 gal tank.

I don't worry about "mature" water from a cycled tank, but I do use a sponge that has been in a cycled tank for six weeks or more (I have an extra sponge in almost every tank...). Fill the new tank, dechlorinate, drop in the sponge filter, acclimate the fish and go.
I do not like fine sand because of it hanging in the water column, but it doesn't harm the cories any.

I hope you had rinsed the sand at least 10+ times before you added it to your tank, because that looks extremely cloudy, and definitely poor water quality for your cories!
Even with a mature filter, all that suspended particles will clog up the system and force you to do a system reset(wash out the filter) in the very near future.
