I am having trouble finding any information on this fish. I was just lookin through Burgess' Atlas and came across it. It's a very attractive fish. Does anyone know anything about it?

There is no doubt either or would be an interesting aquarium fish.

I am presuming you are actually looking for It was not in the Cat-eLog as we did not (and still don't) have a photo to go along with the page...what I can do is go through the information I have on this fish, sort it out and will put what I can on the data page in the next few days...I can tell you though there is not a lot of information to be had but will see what I can find. They should be found near the same area and are collected in.

Anyone else has anything to offer on these or knows of them somewhere/sometime in the hobby please post.

Liauchenoglanis have never been imported AFAIK. The only images are in Burgess/Sands (same pic by Foersch) and in Seegers (image by Roloff) where there is a little information.

One of the types is at the BMNH, I could get a photo of it or indeed we could use one from the ACSI site if you like?

Cheers,

Yes, I bet they are a bit like in captivity. It'd be great to see them.
