Woke up to white fuzzy sores on him. Water change and added salt. Any more advice?

Waterchange it might be fungal so try antifungal meds

That is probably not fungal. The odds are good it's epistylis. Is he in a quarantine tank? Treat him with a formalin/malachite green based medication. Change 50% of the water daily, before treatment.
