Synodontis Petricola infected with ick

Hi,
My group of 5 dwarf Synodontis Petricola are infected with ick. The spots are mostly on their fins and heads, they are flicking quite often and appear more active than normal but not particularly distressed. I have had the group for 2 years and this is the first illness I have noticed. They are in a 120*30 (48*12) tank with a group of 6 red rainbowfish, two of which also have ick, and a quartet of Labidochromis Careleus. The two rainbows with ick were purchased last weekend two days prior to adding the synos, which were moved due to problems in my display tank.
I am a in the process of raising the temp to 28c to try to halt the spread. Is there any medication available in the UK that is safe to use with Petricola.
Tank specs: Ph 8.2, KH 12, GH 19, temp was 25.5c, eheim 2015 and fluval 3
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Leroi
