my Parauchenoglanis Guttatus has ich what is the best cure, i have been planning on breeding these guys, so is it true ich cures cause fish too go sterile .

As far as I'm aware, Ich itself shouldn't cause sterility. Some types of treatment may have this effect, but the heat or salt+heat methods shouldn't cause this.
I say "should" because there is no such thing as a perfect world, and just about anything can affect something else in unpredictable ways. But I doubt it's a big risk in this case...
