You should be able to breed them in a "generic Hypancistrus way", e.g. look for how to breed other Hypancistrus species. There is no reason to believe this species is different for any reason.

You wrote that you bought them recently, what is recently in time?
Most plecos dont breed so short after they have been moved, give them some months and study their behaviour if they show interest for breeding. All Hypancistrus species breed in the same way and the tricks is the same, some breed easier and other needs a little more pushing.

I haven't bred them, but discussing the situation may throw some light on why they are not breeding. [I couldn't find any breeding report for L129 as such].

Well, the first question is of course: Are you sure you have at least one male and one female in your group?

Are they "well fed"?

Well i bought them off a guy called Russell off Zebrapleco.com who has been breeding Zebras and he said he thinks there is 3 females and 2 males there are 2 that are more hairy then the others i would say there is defenatly a male and female just by looking at them

I'd say that you may expect a bit too much for them to spawn after that short a time - bear in mind that species are a lot less prolific than for example Ancistrus species, so they will take a little more effort to get into condition, and to spawn.
