HH Ng, 2003. Clarias insolitus, a new species of clariid catfish (Teleostei: Siluriformes) from southern Borneo. Zootaxa 284: 1-8.

Yes, I have been getting that from a number of people in response to my posting on siluri-net. Seems that the paper has not yet been uploaded to the server (the Hemipsilichthys paper I posted also seems to be having the same problem).
I will post an update when the pdf is finally available for download.
