Hi to all, bought this catfish few weeks back, not even the shop had a clue to what species, genus, no info at all, he/she is feeding so all is good, but any clues, please post.[img]E:\DCIM\100ANDRO[/img]

I'm afraid that if you want to use the IMG tags for posting a photo, that photo has to be on a machine that has a webserver, and posted with it's http:// address, not a file on your local machine.

Alternatively, you can attach a photo to your post by using the "upload attachment" below the "submit" button.

Without a photo, I'm afraid we can't even guess [with any accuracy]...

I agree. Quite nice looking one too! Common names: sun catfish, burmese sun catfish, eclipse catfish, etc. Grows slowly to the abouts of 1'-1.5'. Take a look at the link to Cat-eLog provided by Bijn above.
