A few pictures of my Syndontis Nigriventris
I love these little fish; but, they're so fast, it's hard to get pictures!

If I am not online, I am doing a water change!

Hi.
Sorry to say but I'm almost positive these are infact , not . The shape of the dorsal fin is the teller, plus the size.

I agree that the pics don't look like nigriventris

Re: A few pictures of my Syndontis Nigriventris

they are quite gregarious!

There is a cory cat on the floor near the piece of driftwood in one of the pictures
(with a spot on the dorsal fin). There are 3 corys in the tank.

Hi
I'm still not convinced these are S.nigriventris...impossible to be 100% sure from the photos, but I'd certainly say there is S.euptera in the parentage (i.e. they could even be hybrids?) based on the unique dorsal fin, evident in pictures 1 and 3.

Re: A few pictures of my Syndontis Nigriventris
Sorry about the quality of the pictures.
I do not have a camera right now and I had to use my friend's camera. It just went up to Green Bay, WI. with my friend.
I will get a better camera from my sister and, hopefully, take some better photos soon.
These little USD cf are hard to photograph. If I get too close to the tank, they quickly swim away and hide behind their driftwood. When I try to use zoom, they are out and about zooming around too, as in picture # 2.
Maybe they are hybrids, but they are staying about 3 to 3 and 1/2-inches long after almost 9 months, so I am grateful for that!
As always,
Thanks for your help!
