Hello,
I am trying to get some information on my beautiful Synodontis. They were sold to me by my local LFS as a Synodontis Primera. I have been trying to find information on the Primera on the internet but i'm not having any luck. Is a primera an actual type of synodontis? or have i brought something else? I'm also after some general info on them such as what size do they grow to and how do you tell sex etc. Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys. Pics attached.

I've not heard that (trade) name before but these are Hybrids. Primera isn't a species

Thanks guys, the third picture in the Waterloti kind of looks the most similar. The hybrid #1 has stripes on the tail where as mine has dots, also the bottom tail fin shows a dark black line which mine do not have.
This really is drivin me nuts haha.

Have you looked at all the hybrid 1 pictures? It's appearance is variable and moreover it changes with age, e.g., see this

There is no mistaking in my untrained eye it is hybrid 1.
