I am passionate about plecos. I have spent somewhere around several days of time by now looking over the many species to eventually own. However I am kind of stumped as 2 are commonly misidentified. I believe I own L015 Candy Stripe Pleco and a L448 Clown Pleco. Often as we are all likely aware these fish are sold under a common name and rarely listing the L number associated. I am working on a project that needs these guys ID better. I would also like to add my Clown Pleco photo to the L448 if it is in fact that fish.
Another fish that I did find at one point, but no longer can is the Guacamayo Pleco from the Orinoco River according to a profile on this site. In the light he has diamond shaped pupils sort of like <-> and purple in color with eggshell around them. Since hes been in my 135 gallon he rarely shows him self like he use to. Any help would be appreciated. Images listed in order of text. If I can recover my SD card better images of the Guacamayo to be posted in response.

First one is , Quite different from in both colour and feeding habits with the Panaqolus feeding almost entirely on wood and become quite bloated if meaty foods are introduced into the tank. The second one (to me anyways) also looks like an old .
Last one is hard But I'll go so far to say that it looks like a peckoltia, perhaps ? However it could be any of the many peckoltia with striped bodies and spotted heads so best to either hear from some one else about that one or to post more pictures of the fish (quality of the picture is ok but the position of the fish makes things a little difficult.
Hope this helps!

I can stop keeping catfish whenever I want. I just don't think I'll ever want to do that...
