I bought this plec today, lfs had it listed as a 'rubbernose plec, chaetostoma sp', max size 4".
I've been searching around and I'm thinking it might be L187a, which is also called 'Bulldog or Rubber Pleco - Chaetostoma sp'.
Anyone familiar with this fish or can identify it as an L187a or something else?
Thanks.

Thanks for the fast replies!
Any idea how large they get? This one is very small, maybe 1.5". Lfs said 4" but sometimes their info is a bit off

Hi!
THey do not grow bigger than 4 inches/ 10cm, making him a good citizen for any small to medium sized tank...
Cheers
