Some of my Corys - What are they?

Post by Caol_ila »

Hi!

These are the longnoses i bought/traded a while ago. My guesses are C.vittatus and C.leopardus. The other one seems to be a agassizii? Other opinions and virifications welcome.

C. vittatus; C. vittatus; C. leopardus and C. ambiacus. The last one may not be C. ambiacus but I think its as close as it gets. Both C. ambiacus and C. agassizii vary are variable in colour patterns and overlap to a degree, however one feature that helps identify C. agassizii is the first 2 or 3 soft dorsal rays are black from base to tip.

No! C. lamberti lacks the shoulder blotch and has a large dorsal spot.
