200 gallon tank

Post by Taratron »

So at work we have a 230 gallon tank (I round it more to 200 gallons spacewise, what with the rockwork in there), and it houses one lima shovelnose cat, one common pleco, and 8 adult silver dollars.

The tank is fine looking, but I'd love to add some more active cats. Was thinking of a school of 6 pim pictus, adult sized, hopefully, to avoid becoming snacks for the lima!

Would pictus cats be too small to survive and thrive in with a lima shovelnose?
But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the world. To you, I will be unique in all the world..... You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed.

Pictus cats of 5" + will be absolutely fine with the lima. A nice group of them always looks great!
