Stinging Catfish

From the information on this page this guy gets 20 inches long. I am not a fishmaster but I do know my present tank would be inadequete from somthing that big. How big a tank is recomended for a 20 inch long stining catfish? Moreover, where can I get a stinging catfish?

Something like a 55-gallon and up would do nicely.

Well thats convienient. I just happened to own another 55! Thats aedquete for a 20 inch long fish?
