Not just Captions, do the whole original photo thing...

But I like that, I never thought in that direction.

Ah, OK, well that's a long story. Learn how to use an image manipulation package like photoshop. Or find something in here - http://www.customsigngenerator.com/ - that allows you to upload an image and put text on it.
