Is this a common pleco?

Post by boywondre »

Sorry for asking such a lame question but after looking at different pictures I find that I cant tell anything apart. I bought it assuming that it was a common but it seems to have a more muted coloration patern than many pictures of common plecos I've seen. To my eyes many of the pictures of differnt common plecos dont look much alike though.

Q: How tall is Cartman in real life?

A: Well, Cartman doesn't exist in real life, but if he did he'd be two feet tall.

Sure is Glyptoperichthys somethingorotheri from FL farms, it's just showing the stress patterning that'll subdue the normal appearance.
