More L. nos. BANNED?

I've seen this month on another plec site that many L no. plecs from Brazil have been banned. Can anyone confirm this please and post any links to why this has happened? Thanks

I think it is just certain Hypans at the moment - asked for some (not L046) from a well known retailer he said the ban list has been extended.
