IMO is not . The adipose fin is wrong and general head and body shape (and colour). Looking at the overall morphology and the length of the posterior process of the coracoid it looks like to me.

That fish looks more like to me, if you ask me. It also looks small enough to be the right size.

Isn't the head profile not arched enough for H. minuscula?
While we are on the subject pics 4 and 6 on H. minuscula profile do not look like that species to me either.
