Any idea? Got it as a big eye catfish.

The species within this genus are notoriously hard to pin down.

It has been suggested that this is Chrysichthys cf walkeri or as he puts it one of the walkeri types...this is from Michael Hardman who has been involved with a couple Crysichthys papers.

Thank you for the replies. Not many reliable pictures out there. The nigrodigitatus pics are definitely varied even on here. I can take better pictures if he can be confirmed as Chrysichthys cf walkeri and submit them as there isn't any on here. Very friendly catfish and fun to watch.
