what to put in home made fish food??

i thought that since i'm only 13 and dont get any income from my family it would be cheaper for me to make my own food for my fish an get a couple pairs of guppies and breed them to feed my channel cats and my striped raphael catfish than it is to go to the lfs and get a can of fish food and some feeder fish every few weeks. :lol: :lol:
I'M A 13 YEAR OLD AQUARIST AND DONT GET ANY ALLOWANCE ITS GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE MY FISH EAT SO MUCH THAT I HARDLY HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY FISH FOOD ANYMORE!
