I have been online looking to purchase a clay cave but they all look to small for its adult size. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

This does not look too bad if you are ok with plastic. I have a similar one in my quarantine tank and have had it maybe 20 years. The paint was long ago rasped off by plecos, but it still serves it purpose.
