Pezgato,

I had a conversation with another breeder several years ago on this topic. I personally have never raised F1 fish long enough to verify their breeding age. However, the information that I got was that they can spawn their first year if they are properly taken care of. At the same time, I have to agree with the size info in the other post. With most plecos, size is a better indicator of maturity than age. Therefore, it is dependent upon how fast you can grow out the fish.
