Electric catfish

I have a 150 gallon tank that is empty and is waiting for something to be put in. I am interested in this catfish but iam not sure if he can be kept with any thing else. First off i want to know if he can be kept with red belly pirhanas betweem 6-8 inches big. Is there only one type of electric catfish or are there several types? I also do not have a way of purchasing them because none of my local shops have them. Is there any store online that had them or any one that is selling theres? any help will be aprricated.

They are best kept in species tanks and definitely NOT with red-bellied pirhanas.

will the catfish get eatin by the pirhana or the catfish will eat the pirhana?

If the electric shocks don't kill the piranhas first, then I'd say the former is more likely.
