metro is pretty safe and is fairly easy to dissolve in water (unlike prazi or flubendazole).

It happens rarely but does happen. I've seen perfectly healthy 2 headed snakes and turtles. I'm surprised you don't hear about fish more often:

Get a pic or count the dorsal rays. Could be l213,l182 or even an adult l183 you may never know though

i have 8 sub adults and they have small white spots. they are not as pronounced as say a l183 though. they also get splotchy at night
